What massage would be better for getting rid of a lot of bad knots in my back?

I have bad knots in my shoulders, shoulder blades, neck, and upper back muscles. I have an option of getting a Swedish, or a Deep Tissue massage. Which would be mroe likely to get most of those knots out?
