Living Arts Massage Practice for Pregnancy

An obliging father-to-be performs head-to-toe (actually, toe-to-head) massage on his appreciative partner in this too-good-to-be-true instructional video. Still, it’s worth a shot at guilting your partner into one of the three massages described in detail by massage therapist Michelle Kluck as the couple demonstrates each stroke. Much of the 25-minute video is dedicated to the feet and legs, as Kluck emphasizes the therapeutic benefit on the onslaught of symptoms a pregnant woman deals with in these body parts–leg cramps, edema, varicose veins, stretch marks, and such. Time is also spent on a back and shoulder massage and one for the head and neck. Kluck outlines the special conditions of a prenatal rubdown (no lying on the back or stomach, etc.) and on- screen graphics pop up to show reflexology points and a cutaway view of the pregnant body. Kluck asserts that massage can prevent many prenatal ailments without backing up her claim, but you don’t have to tell your partner that part. –Kimberly Heinrichs
Customer Review: Fabulous Pregnancy Massage!
I loved this video. My husband found it very easy to follow and he gave me a wonderful massage on my legs & feet, back & shoulders and my head & neck. The music was very relaxing and the techniques were clear and easy to understand. I felt great and he was so happy to bring me some relief during my last few months of pregnancy. I highly recommend this video to all pregnant couples! Click here for more info on this massage product

Biofreeze 3 oz. roll-on- Free 5 gm Sample/ Travel Packets with every bottle!

Biofreeze 3 Oz. Roll-On Roller application of the gel affords a number of unique features that can enhance the effectiveness and convenience of this application process. The roller application allows the clinician or patient to apply the product without getting product on their hands. This can be most convenient for the older patient in applying product to hard to reach places or for someone in the workplace who must apply product during the workday. The roller application is also very beneficial in stimulating trigger points either through treatment in the office or with instruction to the patient on self-massage of these points. Various studies in Acupuncture support the use of counter irritants like Biofreeze on specific acupuncture points as beneficial in decreasing muscle spasm and enhancing pain relief. The roller application is also a convenient and sanitary means to apply Biofreeze to a patient prior to ultrasound. To continue care the patient can take the roll on bottle home.
Customer Review: Great Pain Reliever that doesn’t smell bad
I use this on my back when the aches and pains set in, and it works miracles. It has a nice tingly effect while not smelling strong like other muscle rubs. The roll on is great for easy application, so if another person applies it for you, they don’t have to get it on their hands. This also feels great on your feet as a nice refreshing treat at the end of the day. Click here for more info on this massage product
